Sheets is responsible for each order during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. Once an order is delivered to your address and shows as delivered via carrier tracking information, responsibility for such an order passes to you.
Should you have issues with an order that shows as delivered, please contact the carrier directly.
